We were told the apartment was cleaned before we arrived, but it didn’t seem it. The bathrooms were dirty. The bathroom door in the main room did not close and neither did the bedroom door. The sheets, blankets, and comforters had stains as well as the kitchen towels.

Excellent apartment - luxury at a comfortable price. Highly recommend for Bogotá.
The location was excellent - right near a lovely mall, close to the airport and easy to get taxis to other parts of Bogotá. The flat was gorgeous! Really clean with excellent facilities (washing machine, etc). The apartment was spacious and fit 8 adults comfortably. The security in the complex is outstanding - you really feel safe and secure and the guards were lovely. Our host was kind and flexible with our check in and was great when it came to payment. I would definitely stay here again!
The showers - there were two but both could not be used at the same time. There were some issues with the hot water but honestly this did not affect our stay.

Enjoy Bogota
Location of the apartment is great. It is not too far away from the airport. It is close to the public transport, great restaurants, shopping center, since museum. Our hosts were friendly. They even delivered us to the airport in the early morning, when we left. Apartment was clean and equipped with everything what you need.
